Browsing listings, using the currency switcher and sending an enquiry cost nothing.
What may carry a fee
- Publishing a listing.
- Verification (Verified and Elite tiers), which pays for document review, checks and any inspection.
- Featured placement for a listing.
- Subscriptions for businesses that list many assets.
We do not take a percentage commission on deals between users unless we agree it with you in writing. Amounts, currency, duration and what is included will be shown or confirmed to you before you pay. Prices may change for future purchases but not for ones you have already paid for.
How to pay us safely
Pay only to the AssetNest account or mobile money number confirmed to you in writing from our official WhatsApp number +233 50 588 3766. Keep your receipt. Do not pay any fee to an inspector, agent or other person in cash or to a personal account. Report anyone who asks you to.
Refunds

| Listing fee | Full refund if we refuse the listing at review. No refund for the paid period once the listing has gone live, if you remove it or if we remove it for breaking our rules. |
| Verification fee | Full refund if you cancel before review or inspection starts. No refund once review or inspection has started, whatever the result, because the work has been done. |
| Featured placement | Full refund if you cancel before it starts. No refund once it has started, except if we fail to provide it. |
| Subscription | You can cancel at any time. It then stops at the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. |
| Duplicate or mistaken payment | Refunded in full. |
Where the law gives you a right to a refund that these rules would not, the law applies.
How to ask
Contact us within 14 days of the payment with your name, receipt and what you are asking for. We reply within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with, less any charges of the payment provider that we cannot recover.
Money between users
These fees are only what you pay to AssetNest. Money you pay to or receive from another user is a matter between you and them, and AssetNest cannot refund, hold or reverse it. See our Buyer Terms & Safety Guidelines.
Taxes
Fees are shown including any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
