Listings come from users
Titles, descriptions, prices, photos, videos and availability are supplied by sellers and agents. We review listings before they go live, but we cannot confirm that every detail is accurate, complete or current. Photos and any illustrations may not show the asset as it is today. An asset may already be sold, let or withdrawn.
Verification badges
A badge shows that particular checks were done at a particular time, as explained in our Verification Policy. It is not a guarantee of title, ownership history, condition, value, legality or future behaviour.
No professional advice
Content on the Service, including guides, tips and safety information, is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, surveying, valuation or engineering advice. Speak to a qualified lawyer, surveyor, valuer, mechanic, accountant or other professional before you rely on it. Buying land and property in Ghana, in particular, calls for independent legal checks.
Prices and exchange rates
Prices are listed in US dollars. Other currencies shown by the currency switcher are estimates from a third-party data source and may be out of date. They are not an offer to trade at that rate. The real price and currency are whatever the parties agree. Bank, mobile money and conversion charges are not included.
No promise of results
Nothing on the Service promises a sale, a purchase, a return on investment, rental income or occupancy. Past activity on AssetNest is not a prediction.
Hotels and guest houses
AssetNest does not take bookings or payments for stays. Listings for hotels and guest houses are for sale, lease or business information. Check licensing and ownership directly with the owner and the relevant authorities.
Links and outside services
We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites, videos or messaging services linked from listings or used with the Service, including WhatsApp.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, including offline pages.
